1 September　School Re-opening Flag Raising Ceremony(1st September, 2011)

In the morning on September 1, happy voices broke the quiet characteristic of summer holidays.  “I’m so happy to see all of you on the School Re-opening Day.”  In the Morning Assembly, all teachers and students of S. C. Gaw were gathering solemnly and respectfully to have our Flag Raising Ceremony to mark the beginning of the new school year .  Standing there in the playground, we watched the marching-in of the Flag Raising Squad and the Chinese National Flag go up as the March of the Volunteers was played, an indescribable feeling of warmth welled up in our hearts.  There was an overwhelming surge of emotions and love for our school as well as our country that flowed spontaneously.
