To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Parent-Teacher Association organized special classes on the Making of Snowy Moon Cake on Saturday, 10th September, 2011. As the response has been overwhelming, altogether 2 classes joined by parents and students as well as teachers, were run in the morning. In joy & laughter, traditional Chinese festival pastries 'Snowy Moon Cakes' are produced In front of us, it is amazing to see Moon Cakes of different shape and different taste—all made in DIY. This special parental cookery lesson on the making of Moon Cake did light up autumn wishes and the enthusiasm of learning more about Chinese traditional festival among our parents, teachers and students. What a compassionate, family-like and creative morning for all of us!

中秋將至，佳節當前，最適宜與摯愛家人一起享受煮食的樂趣。為慶祝中秋，使家長、老師及同學可以共享溫馨時光，本校家長教師會特別於 2011 年 9 月 11 日〔星期六〕上午在本校家政室舉辦冰皮月餅裝作班。
