On 27th September, 2011, our Principal, Ms Agnes Tang, a member of the YDMA Organizing Committee and theAcademic Coordinator of the Hong Kong Institute of Educational Leadership, was invited to share on the experience of how the movement of "Difference Makers' can be promoted in secondary schools of Hong Kong. The Sharing Session cum Press Conference was hosted at the Congregation Hall, Hong Kong Scout Centre with the presence of the 2 YDMA ambassadors, Mr Aarif Lee李治廷先生and Dr Christine Leung 梁子微博士for the appeal and touching sharing.

Students of Primary and Secondary schools are invited to participate in the YDMA organized by the Hong Kong Spinal Cord Injury Fund and become a "Difference maker" in enhancing the lives of others, to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life. Many schools have registered in the movement and they take the Award as a good platform for promoting moral and civic education, as well as OLE and CAS activities in school. In the Sharing Session, Certificates of Appreciation 感謝狀 and a "Difference Makers DVD Package" 《青少年動感人•人感動》 活勳的錄像光碟教材套 have been presented to the participating schools.

《青少年動感人•人感動大獎》分享會暨記者招待會

青少年人是充滿熱情的，他們對人生也充滿至善至美的追求！因為這個信念，香港脊髓捐傷基金會發起了這項獎勵計劃，為青少年提供一個自我突破、彼此促進的機會，挑戰他們的想像力，鼓勵他們構思及策劃出一個有人文關懷意義的行動計劃，並付諸實行，最終達到充實自己、豐盛人生的目的。

這項計劃得到李治廷先生慨允擔任計劃大使，路向四肢傷殘人士協會和香港國際教賢學院共同籌辦，又得到平等機會委員會、香港女童軍總會、香港童軍總會大力支持，還有各中、小學的積極響應，使這個很有意義的計劃得以順利推廣。

9月27日的分享會暨記者招待會上，李治廷先生和路向四肢傷殘人士協會副主席梁子微博士與大家分享他們的經歷與想法，香港脊髓捐傷基金會主席潘黃美玲女士和籌委會主席劉懿翎女士與大家介紹這個計劃的由來。其他出席的嘉賓包括香港大學副校長譚廣亨教授、香港國際教賢學院理事會主席狄恆神父、香港童軍總會香港總監陳傑柱先生、香港國際教賢學院彭敬慈博士、鄧蕙珍校長、馬李敏慧校長，以及各中、小學校長。
