Tung Wah College (TWC) is a self-financing teaching institution and is incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs). The college aims to educate students, regardless of their social status, to be caring persons with a sense of social responsibility.

On 10th November 2011, an Info Seminar was held by the Tung Wah College at TWGHs Chan Siu Man College. All the Form 6 and 7 students of S.C.Gaw Memorial College, together with students from the other seventeen TWGHs secondary schools, were invited. Speakers of the college introduced the course structure and the entrance requirements of the college. The college offered Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree programme. This was a way for students to obtain a bachelor degree in an institute other than those traditional universities in Hong Kong.

Another distinctive programme is the Higher Diploma in Nursing. It is to prepare students to become competent nurses to work in hospital and community settings and be eligible to register as Enrolled Nurses with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong (NCHK).

The seminar also provided the audience with further information including the school campus and scholarship offered and students all believed that the college was a good alternative choice.
