The Duathlon Competition 2011-2012 for Hong Kong Schools was held on 13 November 2011 in the Kowloon Park from 9:00am to 1:00pm. It is one of the major events in the field of Sports.

Our student F.5B Cheng Yi Ting participated in the 2011Duathlon Competition organized by the Hong Kong Triathlon Association, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and Education Bureau. She finished 200 meters swim and 1200 meters run smoothly and won the first runner -up.

The all-round talents and the love for sports of students of TWGHs S. C. Gaw Memorial College was once again confirmed.

2011年水陸兩項鐵人賽於2011年11月13日假九龍公園舉行，比賽時間由上午九時至下午1時。是此比賽為學界體育界中的盛事之一。
本校學生F.5B 鄭伊婷參加由香港三項鐵人總會、康文署及教育局舉辦的2011 水陸兩項鐵人賽比賽，同學順利游畢200米及跑畢1200米後奪得全港中學女子組的亞軍。
