On 27th February 2012, the School Health Club invited representatives from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department to provide a talk to the club members. Representative Ms. Fok introduced to students the latest rules and regulations on food and beverage. She further taught students to read the labels and recognized the nutrition contents of prepackaged food. She encouraged students to follow the food pyramid and take care of their own bodies. To further support Ms. Fok, the committee members of the School Healthy Club showed a movie concerning a super-overweighed boy in China and explained to students drawbacks of being overweight.
