To encourage students to be positive against adversity and to enjoy a wonderful life, the Kwai Tsing District Youth Programme Committee (葵青區青年活動委員會) arranged a talk to teenagers by Mr. Lee Ming-kwai (李明逵先生), GBS, Former Commissioner of the Hong Kong Police Force.

On 2nd March 2012, twenty-eight S.C.Gawers were invited to attend the seminar in Kwai Tsing Theatre. Mr. Lee share students with his stories and told students his life principles of "Honesty" and "Team Work". He further encouraged students to think positive whenever they faced challenges and difficulties.

Students were impressed and they were eager to raise questions. Some asked Mr. Lee how he let go pressure and some asked him how he dealt with students in case of protests and demonstrations. The seminar ended after the question and answer section.
