The Earth hour was first started on 31st March 1996 by the World Wildlife Fund. In order to support such a meaningful activity, the lights of the school campus were turned off at 8:30 to 9:30pm on 31st March 2012. All teachers, parents and students were called to do together through morning announcements and electronic notice to parents. Through such an action, we remind ourselves that even though a small piece of action, when worked together, will bring a tremendous effect on earth.
