The mission of the award is to provide opportunity for young people to challenge themselves through leisure activities and voluntary services. Through those challenges they can discover their hidden abilities and gain a special sense of satisfaction and achievement. Yip Tsz Kiu, as a member of the Civil Aid Service Cadet Corps, completed challenges from four sections of activities which include service, skills, expeditions and physical recreation and thus obtaining the award as an appreciation of her effort.
