On 1st June, 2012, we welcomed Principals and Teachers from Secondary Schools of Foshan and Panyu. They had visited several schools during their three days educational tour in Hong Kong. To begin with, our Principal welcomed their coming and shared with them the education environment in Hong Kong. Then our Vice-principal Mr. Tam and teachers introduced to them the education system and the curriculum structure of Hong Kong and the history of our school. They then toured round the school campus.

The climax of the visit was class visits. They were led to various classes observing different subjects including English Reading, English Drama, Chinese Literature, Liberal Studies, Geography, Science and Mathematics. There, they could have a look on the teaching methods we used and the studying atmosphere of students in S.C.Gaw.

During the visit, we shared educational experiences in all aspects including the in-take of students, school management, extra-curricular activities and the education policy. We respected each others since we were all responsible and diligent educators who were enthusiastic in nurturing our youngsters. We were all proud of being teachers.

This half-day visit was short and it came to an end at 12:30pm. We were all looking forward to see each other again and might be next time in Mainland China.
