On 7th July, fifty of our students spent a fun and creative time with their parents in our school making traditional Chinese desserts. We are very happy to have Mrs.Kwok (parent of a 4A student) and Mrs. Lau (parent of a 3A student ), our PTA committee, teaching us different Chinese desserts – sweet glutinous dumping and Osmanthus Jelly (桂花糕). Although we may be able to buy sweet dumplings almost anywhere, it is never as nice as those we make at home and with our kids! A big thanks to our guest teachers, Mrs Kwok and Mrs. Lau and we are all truly enjoying ourselves.
