The innovative & creative design of our Alumnus, Mr Ho Yip Shing, Jason, 'Pop up Ice Cube Tray', emerged as the winner in a widely acclaimed and best recognized International Competition— 'Red Dot Design Award ' which is always compared as the Oscar in the world of Design.

Jason's potential & creativity in arts & design began during his study at TWGHs S. C. Gaw Memorial College. He participated actively in all arts activities and has been recognized as one of the budding young designers. His works and efforts in Visual Arts have received high acclaim and been very much appreciated by professional designers and his university and high school teachers.

It is a vivid testimony of all-round excellence of students and alumni of SCGMC. Nurturing talent is our goal, along with this, their love for intellectual, aesthetic and physical development through the balanced education that we deliver. May we once again congratulate Jason for his remarkable success!

德國《紅點設計大賞》是產品設計界歷史最悠久及認受性最高的一個比賽, 有如產品設計界的奧斯卡。 比賽共分19個組別，參加產品一定要已在市場銷售。何業成校友 (Jason) 設計的產品名稱是 "Pop up Ice Cube Tray", 屬於Tableware組別, 是一個可調冰塊尺寸的製冰格，可因應不同飲品需要調製冰塊。用家可按需要將製冰格伸縮調較成3種冰塊尺寸。最小的尺寸適合快速製作冰塊；中等尺寸則適用於一般冰塊用途；至於最大尺寸的冰塊，耐熱效果較佳，冰塊不易溶化。用家可同時製作3種尺寸的冰塊，省時方便。 冰格以軟膠製成，柔軟靈活，方便用家取出冰塊，且收藏容易。
