Peer Group Guidance Leaders' Training Camp — Sai Kung Bradbury Camp
友群互勉組長訓練營2012(西貢白普理營)
On 2 -3 August 2012, 40 of our S2 and S3 students joined Leadership Training Camp held at Sai Kung Bradbury Camp. The camp was organized by Peer Group Guidance and School Social Workers. It aims at not only training our S.2 and S.3 students to serve as Big Brothers and Big Sisters, who would help our S1 students adapt to new school life, but also enhancing their self-confidence and various abilities which are vital to their personal growth.
Every aspect of the training had enriched their life experience beyond the classrooms. Each team tried their best to complete different tasks in the 6 hours' city chase in which teamwork, determination, problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions on unknown locations in Tuen Mun and Yuen Long were exhibited. Though physically exhausted at the end of the race, they were still excited at sharing their experience.
To our greatest delight, they had not only learnt a lot in organizing activities but also gained friendship with their working partners after the camp. All the participants had shown great commitment to every event of the camp. All their gracious efforts in making the camp a successful one were so much appreciated.
