To develop leadership ability among S.3 students, a leadership-training programme was held by the Career Section of the Board of Student Support on 29th June, 2012. The training involves a series of venturing activities in Hong Kong Island.

All S.3 students were divided into small groups and were required to complete challenging tasks. Team members were required to cooperate with each other in order to solve the problems they will face in the activities. Students were expected to learn the skills of cooperation and leadership, which were vital personal qualities for their future career development.

Affected by bad weather condition, the BBQ was postponed to 9th August, 2012. It is believed that students will not forget their venture experience and the session that they shared their stories with all members.
