To foster closer home-school co-operation and facilitate better communication with parents, the parents of F.1 students were invited to a gathering in the afternoon on 13th October, 2012. The response has been overwhelming and the result is fruitful. About a hundred F.1 parents joined the chat and talk. This has been a wonderful time for our Principal, Vice Principal, department heads and homeroom teachers to meet our parents in such an enjoyable and relaxing time.

F.1 Parents have been enthusiastic about the new school life of their kids. The gathering has covered the following topics: possible adaptation for their children, the ways to learn in English at S. C. Gaw and how the students could be more fully nurtured through the "All Starts with a Healthy Lifestyle" Program and the "Gifted Education & Multiple Intelligences Development Program".

Both parents and teachers enjoyed the gathering and it came to an end at around 5pm. We all believe more home-school communication and cooperation will surely be an asset to the success and growth of our students.
