S.1 - S.5 “Living with a Healthy Habit" Program
健康生活好習慣計劃(中一至中五)
The “Living with a Healthy Habit” Program aims at building a healthy lifestyle and promoting self-discipline among students. Our S.1 to S.5 students started the Program in September 2012.
The first stage finished in October, 2012 and the second stage starts from December 2012 to January 2013. Students were asked to achieve the following learning and basic lifestyle requirements.
1. Go to bed before 11:00 pm every day
2. Play computer games for less than an hour every day
3. Pack up the school bag properly every day
4. Complete the exercises every day
There were evaluation forms to parents so that they could check the progress of their children. With the parents’ cooperation, it is sure that students can be nurtured and developed in a healthy and successful way.
