To strengthen the communication between parents, students and the school, an outing activity organized by PTA was held on December 9, 2012 (Sunday). There were about 150 parents, students and teachers joining the tour. The tour set off early in the morning. We visited six villages including Muk Min Tau Tsuen, San Tsuen, Tsiu Hang, Ha Tam Shui Hang, Sheung Tam Shui Hang and Shan Tsui Village in Sha Tau Kok. Then we went to the wartime Japanese army trenches and pillboxes. At noon, we enjoyed seafood lunch in Lau Fau Shan. After that, we visited the brand new organic orchards where they could pick fresh strawberries. The tour was a precious opportunity for parents and teachers to foster their communications. Furthermore, the trip was so educational that we learned much about Hong Kong history.
