On 20th January 2013, 3 Members of Road Safety Patrol NTS-248 volunteer at Kwai Tsing District Road Safety Carnival to support the road safety game booth of Traffic New Territories South Region, Hong Kong Police Force, to enhance public awareness of road safety and reminding pedestrians and drivers of the importance of road safety and compliance with traffic rules through different kinds of activities.

Kwai Tsing District Road Safety Carnival is a annual event organised by the Kwai Tsing District Council Road Safety Working Group at the hard-surfaced soccer pitch of Kwai Chung Sports Ground.
