TWGHs S. C. Gaw Memorial College Latin Dance Team as a ‘Dancing Miracle’ for achieving more than 900 prizes in a brief period of one and a half year after its first set up in September 2011. As the recipient of numerous prizes, our Latin Dance Team attained 248 awards at the 9th Inter-School DanceSport Championships which included Overall Champion in Secondary School Girls' Teams, 1st Runner-up in All Secondary School Mixed Teams, 2nd Runner-up in All Secondary School Teams & School DanceSport Promotion Silver Award.

Our 2 H. K. Representatives, Cheung Ching Kwok of S2 and Lo Shuk Ting of S3 emerged from hundreds of contestants and finally won a total of 9 Grand Prizes, including 2 Champions in Ballroom, Double & Waltz, Solo (Under 16) in ‘International Italian Milan Open Dance Championships’. For receiving high acclaim in this high caliber international open competition, the superb talent of Lo and Cheung was being recognized. Furthermore, being ranked the First in the Territory in 2013 Amateur Latin (Open Division) and Youth 5 Dances, Double (Under 18), Lo Shuk Ting is also the awardee of the Gold Medal (Hon.) in the H. K. Most Outstanding Young Dancer & Artist Award for getting the award for 5 consecutive years. Similarly, Cheung Ching Kwok ranked the First in Youth 5 Dances, Double (Under 18) and at the same time he came the Fourth and the Fifth in Youth 5 Dances in Latin and Ballroom, Solo (Under 18).

東華三院吳祥川紀念中學拉丁舞隊「舞動奇跡」，自2011年9月成立僅僅一年半，便勇奪逾九百個獎項，其中包括在《第九屆香港校際體育舞蹈錦標賽》中勇奪二百四十八個獎項（4項團體及244項個人）──當中包括中學女子組全場總冠軍、中學男女子組全場總亞軍、中學隊際賽全場總季軍及榮獲全港學校體育舞蹈推廣銀獎等四項大獎

中二級張晴國同學及中三級盧淑婷同學代表香港參加「意大利米蘭世界標準舞及拉丁舞公開賽」，並在數百隊參賽者中脫穎而出，勇奪九項國際性大獎，當中包括 16 歲以下組別標準舞雙人及華爾滋單人兩項世界公開賽冠軍，為校爭光，更為港爭光。盧淑婷同學在 2013 業餘拉丁舞 (公開組) 及青少年組五項 (18歲以下) 雙人組中均排名全港第一，更連續五年獲最傑出藝術家獎，因而榮獲「榮譽最傑出青少年及兒童舞蹈藝術家金獎」。張晴國同學也在青少年組五項 (18歲以下) 雙人組中排名全港第一，而在青少年組五項拉丁舞及標準舞 (18歲以下) 單人組中，分別排名全港第四及第五。
