The Team Building Workshop was held on 22-3-2013 at HK Batpist Assembly (粉嶺浸會園). The whole workshop was carried out in a relaxing atmosphere and all the teaching staffs are enthusiastic about it.

It is our honour to have our PTA chairman, Mr Tse Kwok Wai, to conduct the workshop for our school.

 

 

The workshop was divided into five sessions:

1. Warm up games
Name Hunting
People Bingo
Secret Disclosure

2.Group Discussion/Sharing
Ice-breaking by sharing the past with a floor plan of the home
Sharing the hardship encountered in the past few years’ development

3 .Debriefing by Mr.Tse

4.Building an United Goal

All teachers and TAs put cobblestones in the vase in order to support the plant. It symbolized the fact that teachers are often the facilitator of our students in their quest of knowledge and life goals. It is very meaningful!
