Our Students Lee Cheong Wai Brian (4D), Tsang Wing Sze (5C) and Yeung Hoi Hei (5C) had joined the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Joint Secondary Schools Student Leaders Nurturing Programme. The programme closing ceremony was held on 23rd March 2013. They had got“The Outstanding Team Award” in the Student Leaders Nurturing Programme.

The objectives of the Joint Secondary Schools Student Leaders Nurturing Programme are to broaden the horizons of the student leaders / potential student leaders and enhance the exchange of experience. At the same time, it aims at enhancing the understanding of the students on the history and services of Tung Wah.

The training is a series of activities including visits to both public and private organizations and meetings with CEOs. Through the visits, students would learn interviewing techniques. Then they would visit the Tung Wah Museum and Kwong Wah Hospital. This would enhance students' knowledge of Tung Wah. Once they have finished the programme, they are required to provide services to their own school. After passing through such an intensive training, students would possess the abilities and attitudes of being student leaders who are willing to make contributions to Hong Kong society.
