From April onwards, our school will use the En-Track system to monitor the use of electricity. Through the En-Track system, we can monitor instantly the use of electricity at school. The graphs generated from the system will show the daily consumption of electricity at school. Students can review and analyze their electricity consumption patterns and think how they can save energy at school.

A talk concerning the use of the system was presented to teachers by the representatives from En-Track and students will also be educated on how to save energy with the data produced by the system. We hope that we can really save energy and arouse students’ awareness towards reduction in energy consumption through this whole school endeavour. From April to August 2013, it is our target to see the consumption of electricity can be reduced by 5%.
