Our students 4D Lee Cheong Wai Brian has joined the Leading Guided Tours organized by "Junior Volunteer Docent Training Scheme" on 18 April,2013. He was selected as Junior Volunteer Docent after the training.
The Hong Kong Arts Centre always strives to provide high-quality arts educational programmes to all young people - our project "Junior Volunteer Docent Training Scheme" will organise various arts activities, docent training workshops and practice tours for our junior arts lovers. Becoming an arts docent does not only help one enjoy arts in greater depth, but also helps nurture one's interest and skills in arts appreciation.

The aim are to tap into Hong Kong's New Senior Secondary (NSS) Curriculum and let students understand the relationship between arts, society and life, inspiring them to appreciate and be attentive to their surroundings. To enhance students' skills of art appreciation, learning cooperative communication and critical thinking through arts, and to encourage students to think more and ask questions.To let students understand the nature of voluntary works, learning to share their own time, knowledge and experience.
