A talk on Nutrition Label was organized by the Healthy School Club for our students. Representative from the Centre for Food Safety talked to our students concerning the latest nutrition labeling system on packed foods sold in Hong Kong. Students understood how to calculate the amount of nutrients of food. They believe that wise choice of food is vital to their health.
