To promote the value of ‘Harmonious Family’, the Happy District Service Centre organized ‘Happy Family Painting Competition’. There were hundreds of works provided by primary and secondary schools of Hong Kong. The works of 4C Tsoi Lok Yi was appreciated by the judges and she achieved the Finalist in the competition.
