Youth Leadership Training Programme

Youth Leadership Training Programme is co-organized by Caritas Children and Youth Centre-Cheung Hong and the Department of Discipline of our school.
The aim is to promote students leadership skills and provide an opportunity for students to exert their leadership potentials to the full.
Apart from learning some theoretical skills through discussions among members and attending workshops, they can also learn some practical leadership skills. Members can practise their skills through providing voluntary work, such as helping primary students to do homework and leading them to play games. They were also provided a precious opportunity to understand the living environment of underprivileged people through a visit. In the end, a self reflection was done after the programme. It is hope that positive values are conveyed through the programme. Improving personal qualities is important for personal growth.
