The School Closing Ceremony was held on 10th July 2013. This year we have the honour of having our School Supervisor, Mr Sze Wing-hang, 1st Vice-Chairman, 2013/14 TWGHs Board of Directors to officiate at the Ceremony. The presence of Mrs Rossana Gaw, our School Donor and Ms Christina Gaw, Independent School Manager, Mr Tse Kwok-wai, PTA Chairman cum Parent Manager and Ms Tsang Shanna, PTA Vice-Chairperson and Alternate Parent Manager, Mr Siu Chiu-kin, Alumni Manager and Mr. Wu Kee-huen, Kenneth, Education Services Secretary of TWGHs graced the occasion.

The opening address was delivered by Mr Sze. He started with a short story about how a young man living in a village of a desert followed the Northern Star who eventually passed through the desert and started a new life. Mr Sze encouraged our students to set goals, keep learning and strive for success. Our students were deeply impressed and learnt that ˇ§A new life starts with a new goal.ˇ¨

Then it was our honour to have our honorable guests to present the prizes to our outstanding students. There were academic awards including subject awards, best improvement awards, class attainment awards and other attainment awards. Afterwards, awards to prize-winners of extra-curricular activities were presented. These prizes confirmed that the efforts of our students to both academic studies and extra-curricular activities were commendable.

Now, it was the right time to share the life in S.C.Gaw in the past academic year with all students. The School Life Video Show captured the activities and achievements of our students and they were unforgettable memories to all students, teachers and even parents.

At last, it came to studentsˇ¦ performance including Latin Dance, Chinese Dance, Rhythmic Gymnastics and Ballroom Dancing. They were award winners and winning teams of many different local and international competitions. Their success proved that the development of students' multiple intelligences in our school was fruitful and the mission of our school in cultivating studentsˇ¦ talent was achieved.
