This was the fifth time our school collaborated with the Hong Kong Academy for Education to organize an enrichment course for gifted primary students. 19 students coming from various primary schools were enrolled in this programme. They attended a total of four lessons in our school on four successive Saturday mornings from 22nd August to 12th September 2015. In the course, the students were introduced more advanced topics in Algebra. Mathematical principles were illustrated through mathematical problems, hands-on card games and Mathematics card tricks. It is hoped that the students will have a deeper understanding on the applications and strengths of Mathematics and develop an inquiring mind in Mathematics. On 12th September, our principal Ms Tang Wai Chun, Agnes presented the certificates of completion to the primary students.
