In order to help our students set their goals for the future career and further studies, our school has participated in a career programme which is organized by Hang Seng Bank and The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. We formed a group of 5 Secondary 4 students to enroll into this programme. Through this programme, students have to attend and involve in a series of career related activities which include student development workshop, company visiting, group project presentation competition, job shadowing and forums. Students are expected to obtain first hand information of different careers especially the development potential of different industries. Throughout this year, the programme aims at introducing 4 categories of industries which include Design and Manufacturing, Theatre and Media Arts, Health and Patient Care, Public Transportation, Theme Park and Attractions.

On 6th November, these five participating students attended an opening ceremony and career exploration forum. The organization has first invited Hong Kong Academy For Performing Arts to introduce the curriculum of Theatre and Media Arts. Tung Wah Groups of Hospital also gave a presentation about the career prospects of Health and Patient Care. For the industry of public transportation, KMB showed the history of the development of Hong Kong public transportation system. The Ocean Park also shared the market trend and pathway introduction of the industry of theme park and attractions. Lastly, VTC was invited to give a presentation about the entrance requirement, career prospects and progression ladder of the curriculum.
