Joyful Fruit Day

Nowadays, the practice of eating fruit every day to improve health is becoming popular among Hong Kong people. Our Joyful Fruit Day was held on 19 May 2016. To boost the interest of our students in fruit eating, fruits were given as gifts to students during lunch time to remind students the importance of eating fruit to stay healthy and keep away from diseases. We should eat at least two servings of fruit every day in order to keep the doctor away!
