Congratulations to 5D Liu Hoi Yan, Ivy achieved the 1st Runner-up of the SCMP Student of the Year (Sportsperson)
恭賀5D 廖海茵同學榮獲南華早報優異學生運動員獎亞軍

The Student of the Year --- Sportsperson title is awarded to a Form 4-6 (Year 10-12) student whose excellence in sport is proven by a variety of sporting prizes, in addition to impressive personal accomplishments. Finalists are also expected to contribute to social causes and promote sport or exercise in the community, be a strong team player and show maturity and leadership.

Ivy Liu Hoi-yan pursues a variety of sports, including rhythmic gymnastics, track and field and orienteering. She is deeply devoted to sports and able to handle difficult and complicated training processes, injuries and pains. The demands of the long hours of training have made her strong and resistant to hardship, and she treasures the skills and knowledge gained through training and competitions. She has obtained the number one position in a range of gymnastics and track and field competitions, has improved consistently and shows a high level of dedication to promoting sports. She is a warm hearted person making every effort to perform well in school and striking a balance between her studies and sports.

Ivy achieved the 1st Runner-up of the SCMP Student of the Year (Sportsperson) and received a Certificate of Championship together with scholarships of HK$4,000. Congratulations to Ivy.

熱烈恭賀5C 盧淑婷同學獲南華早報頒發優異學生演藝表演獎

The Student of the Year – Performing Artist is awarded to a Form 4-6 (Year 10-12) student who excels in one or more of the performing art: music, dance, theatre performance, drama and singing. To qualify, students should present their exceptional talent in the arts with noteworthy personal accomplishments and awards, as well as a specially prepared performance relating to the theme “Be Inspired”.

Shuk-ting obtained the “Student of the Year 2015 --- Performing Artist Shortlisted Student: Merit Award” and her outstanding performance in Latin Dance has once again been confirmed.
